I had a crisis at home after AGL sent someone to fix a gas leak at home. The person fixed it but forgot to turn on the igniters after the job for both the Geyser and Heater. I made a random call after doing a search on google and thankfully I was referred to Jordan. He came through within a few hours explained everything and re- ignited both. I was absolutely overwhelmed. He did not charge me anything saying it was not too much of a problem for him. What ethics, professional service and values . Just Amazing , all our plumbing needs for the future will be through them now. Thank you again.

Jordan initially came out to inspect the job first (he literally turned his car around on his way to pick up supplies, when I was speaking on the phone with him, so he could address the issue quickly). He was honest and professional about what was required and talked me through the quote. Scott did an amazing job dealing with a tricky blockage, which required more time than predicted. We were in trouble with the hot water system and contacted MPS. They quickly went to the property and fixed the problem quickly for the tenant. Also they taught the tenant how to fix the issue in the future. Very quick and reliable action. Thanks again for your help! Much appreciated.

Requested a quote online and within 10 mins I got a call from Jordan who was right over to check out my issue. He was super keen to help and diagnose the problem locating our faulty hot water service and gave me a no obligation quote on the spot. He also quoted up another job I had and the very next morning he was over to do them both! He let us know what was happening at all times and made the whole process incredibly easy. Very prompt,came exactly when he said he would be out to have a look at what was happening. Very polite, introduce himself before he started. I was very impressed with him, by he explained everything to me, as he went in a way I understood. I am 66 and sometimes it is hard to understand certain things
