We had an emergency burst pipe and they came immediately - no call out fee and super helpful. Plumber was on his way home and made the exception to come help us. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! The gentleman who came to inspect my house was incredibly thorough, professional and, above all, honest. He carefully assessed everything and explained that there was nothing wrong with my house that required further work. Rather than trying to sell me services I didn’t need, he was completely upfront and reassuring. It’s refreshing to find someone with such integrity who genuinely puts the customer’s best interests first. I truly appreciate his honesty and outstanding service!

After enquiring with two other so-called “emergency” plumbers and waiting two days without receiving a response, I decided to send an enquiry to Melbourne Plumbing Specialists about my clogged bathroom sink. Within 10 minutes, I received a call asking about the issue, and they organised for a plumber to come the very next day. This was at around 8:30pm on a Wednesday night, so I was particularly impressed with the quick response. I was given an appointment window of 9am–12pm and told that the assigned plumber would call 15 minutes before arriving. The next morning, Drayson called to let me know he was about 10 minutes away. Even without me having to ask, he removed his shoes before coming inside - something I really appreciated. I showed him the problem sink and, within minutes, the immediate issue was resolved. But it didn’t just stop there. Drayson took the time to explain the underlying problem and recommended a long-term solution, rather than simply fixing the symptom and leaving. I’m writing this review as a testament to the professionalism, work ethic and transparent communication demonstrated by Drayson of Melbourne Plumbing Specialists. From the initial enquiry through to the completed job, the whole experience was excellent. Would I call them again in the future? You bet!

Cannot fault the service over 3 days, fixed 2 blocked pipes by digging and total refit, removed an old water tank and installed a newby, dug 2.5 mtrs fixed the problem in a day and a half as well as removing a tree. Dominic, Max, Scott, Luke and Stretch were on the ball and very professional, cleaned up more than they had to and the overall quote was some $4,000 cheaper than their opposition, but it wasn't about price in the end it was the service and explanation of the problem by Jordan as well as viewing the problems on his camera. Never been happier spending over $20,000 if thats possible

Great experience with Melbourne Plumbing Specialists and Drayson in particular: this was a big job... Sewer entirely blocked triggering a backyard poo-nami. MPS arrived promptly to investigate and after initial high-pressure jetting identified "root" cause.- collapsed U-bend - 3.2 meters below ground level. Little option but a full replacement and they got started that afternoon. Mini-excavator, then hand digging the last half metre or so over a couple of days. Team very friendly and courteous, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
