Great experience with Melbourne Plumbing Specialists and Drayson in particular: this was a big job... Sewer entirely blocked triggering a backyard poo-nami. MPS arrived promptly to investigate and after initial high-pressure jetting identified "root" cause.- collapsed U-bend - 3.2 meters below ground level. Little option but a full replacement and they got started that afternoon. Mini-excavator, then hand digging the last half metre or so over a couple of days. Team very friendly and courteous, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. It is my first home and I was so worried about a leak in the laundry area on the floor that it was symptomatic of some huge problem. Luke came out looked at it diagnosed as a leaky pipe on the New washing machine fixed the problem and also fixed the slow leak in the small toilet area and replaced a couple of parts.
