I had a crisis at home after AGL sent someone to fix a gas leak at home. The person fixed it but forgot to turn on the igniters after the job for both the Geyser and Heater. I made a random call after doing a search on google and thankfully I was referred to Jordan. He came through within a few hours explained everything and re- ignited both. I was absolutely overwhelmed. He did not charge me anything saying it was not too much of a problem for him. What ethics, professional service and values . Jordan initially came out to inspect the job first (he literally turned his car around on his way to pick up supplies, when I was speaking on the phone with him, so he could address the issue quickly). He was super keen to help and diagnose the problem locating our faulty hot water service and gave me a no obligation quote on the spot.
